Liked: I requested and paid for 2 queens with a River view. They contacted me and told me it was over booked and offered me a King room and said they could include a cot. When I arrived they wanted to charge $15 per night for the cot and placed me in a room that did not have a River view. The rooms facing the road are very very noisy. They did change me to a River View room and it is pleasant and very quiet. They have no amenities a very small gym and no pool. I am not sure how they scored as a 4 star hotel. The beds was comfy, they would need to up the cleaning, the shower floors and wall the grout was dis-colored from soap scum and I would have worn flip flops if I would have brought some. The coffe with breakfast was good
Disliked: The reservation was not honoured and I received a king room instead of 2 queens and they wanted to charge me for the cot. (I was travelling with my 18 year old son). The shower was not the cleanest, they first put me is a room facing the road when I requested a river view. The breakfast did not offer many choices and the scrambles eggs where powdered or pre-made. They did not leave any bottled water in the room. The hallways are really dark
