Liked: Was right by the Starlite Room - very awesome not having a long walk.
Disliked: A microwave would have been nice.

This is the first time we have stayed in downtown Edmonton. We chose this hotel because it was close to the Starlite. The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly. The only complaint we had was the parking. Would stay there again if we were going to another show at the Starlite.

Liked: Location; clean; friendly staff.
Disliked: Pay for parking; no continental breakfast.

I would stay again.

Disliked: Tap in shower was stuck open and had to call for maintence. It stuck in the morning as well but managed to get it shut off.

Liked: our location was perfect for the event we were attending, walking distance. the lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays.The front staff made check-in easy.
Disliked: it took a bit to figure out how to get the tv hooked up to the Internet but finally managed
