Liked: The internet was really bad, they send a technician to fix it but he had no idea of how to do it. The pool was extremely cold.

Liked: The property itself was nice. The beds were comfy and location was perfect. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Parking was full so we had to park a couple blocks away on the street. We drove all the way from drumheller and had a couple options of which way to go. We decided to go through Banff and Jasper and the kids all wanted a pool. We reserved the room when we got there it was late and the pool was nearly closed so we decided to go in the morning instead. We were all ready to go to the pool were told it was down for maintenance. This was not on the website and we weren’t told about it at check in or we would have picked another room. The whole reason we stayed there was for the hot tub and pool. Then we were Surprised to learn that there was no breakfast this morning as well. I was very disappointed and it seemed there was nothing they could do. I asked for a discount or a voucher or something because of the inconvenience and got nothing. Expensive hotel for just a sleep. Not impressed. Asked for the manager and was told they would leave them a message.
