Terrific

Liked: The room was spacious, clean, had comfortable beds with good bedding, a window that opened,(!), a quiet heater, and heated underground parking. Was also close to downtown.
Disliked: Their wasn’t one thing I didn’t like, but a small freezer compartment in the fridge would’ve been a nice bonus.

Quiet stay convenient to downtown...

Liked: Staff was friendly, hotel was comfortable. Good beds and shower. Location was convenient to the main part of Jasper and convenient to Jasper National Park. Stay was quiet and comfortable.
Disliked: The restaurant onsite was a bit limited in menu, but there were plenty of places nearby to grab food instead. No real complaints about the hotel.

Charming, friendly, good value.

Liked: The friendly staff, large clean rooms, location close to restaurants, underground parking.
Disliked: The hot tub was only lukewarm!
