Liked: Room was exceptional clean and quite. Staff worked well to accommodate with request I made or changed due to travel problem on trip up to Quebec City. All in all would stay again at location.
Disliked: Better light at front door entry hard to see keypad in the dark.

I liked it overall and...

Liked: Good location—close enough to Old Quebec (easy walking distance), but far enough away where the cafes and restaurants were much more reasonably priced. Plus there is a small convenience store on the first floor where you can run down and grab some good beers and ciders (for pretty cheap too compared to Old Quebec)—the store was open until 9pm. Right across the street was a great Peruvian restaurant that was open late. The neighborhood where the hotel was located felt less “touristy” compared to those hotels within the walls of Old Quebec. Hotel wi-fi was reliable.
Disliked: I wish the rooms had their own refrigerators and microwaves. Our coffee machine was broken and it wasn’t replaced until right before we left for home. If you don’t like stairs or have accessibility issues you might want to reconsider this hotel as there is no elevator and, since the building is on the older side of things, the stairs are steep.
