Liked: Very nice boutique hotel on the side street but close to everything in Big Bear Lake. The breakfast was simple but good with all you need to start a good day. The fireplace makes the room feel warm and cozy.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Staff very helpful. Having breakfast included a plus.
Disliked: My son uses a wheelchair and we had the accessible room. Couple of issues:1. My son could not wheel out onto the balcony.2. No carpet should be used in wheelchair accessible rooms. 3. He could not open and get to the bathroom by himself.4. ALL accessible rooms should have a roll-in shower.5. The elevator does not go down to the game room area or pool. 6. Fireplace worked intermittently.7. Sliding door to balcony was very hard to open and shut.8. Beds could have been more comfortable.All in all, we enjoyed our stay, Facility does need to work on their "accessibility" for those who use wheelchairs. Thank you.
