Very nice hotel and staff,...

Disappointing

Disliked: Breakfast is not a buffet. Someone is there filling up your plate.

Biggest surprise this year! Well...

Liked: The room was very clean and modern with all the necessary amenities (fridge, safe, Nespresso machine, and microwave). We appreciated the plush, clean towels and the breakfast was by far the best we have ever had. The rooms were well sound-proffed considering the proximity to the 102 which was very convenient. This was a complete surprise and we will be back!
Disliked: The heating system was loud which is a problem with this type of system. Could have had bath robes in the room.

Strongly recommend another hotel

Disliked: When we arrived our booking was cancelled by hotel directly stating family emergency which was incorrect. I never spoke to the hotel prior to arrival. The first room the put me and my daughter was definitely a smokers hotel room as the smell was awful so we requested a new room.
