Disliked: Photos were of a different/ newer room to what we were actually given and the lady at the desk wasn’t overly friendly

Liked: Large room, privacy and ability to open the balcony door for fresh air.
Disliked: Lack of cleanliness, aged shower with unsightly grouting both in bathroom and kitchen. A lot of noise in corridor during Friday night.

Liked: The location was so good, everything needed was so close
Disliked: Aircon didn’t work and told reception twice and nothing was done about it. The bed was uncomfortable. The floors felt dirty.
