Liked: Great value form cost. Well located and friendly staff.
Disliked: No hair dryer

Location and pool are great...

Liked: The pool is great. There’s also a bbq area, small kids playground, beach chairs and spas. The location is great, one block up from Cavill Avenue. Within walking distance of a lot of sights.
Disliked: The staff weren’t very friendly or helpful. I rang beforehand to see if I could upgrade (would pay extra) to a room with aircon and cooking facilities. I was told they only deal with it on the day. Of course on the day we arrive I’m told no other options, they are fully booked (doubtful, after school has just gone back and lots of spots in car park- I’ve stayed there in peak season when it was fully booked). They offered to change the room the last 2 nights of a 10 night stay. So not worth it. I think the customer service could be a lot better. No one seemed happy. The room was clean except the floor. There was sand and dirt on the floor so I needed to wear socks at all times.

Liked: We loved the view and the beds were super comfy! The pools and spas were so nice we used them a lot! :)
Disliked: Extra toilet paper and maybe some conditioner, apart from that everything was amazing!

Disliked: No room service. When I asked in the reception they mentioned that room service will only be provided if we stay for more than 8 days. That was weird

Ignore the decor and enjoy...

Liked: The location, pool area and the view were fantastic! Bathroom was fine. Sand Bar restaurant was great.
Disliked: The huge security deposit for a low-quality hotel was stupid. The bed was like a student bed, the bedding was so old and stained that it was gross.
