Disliked: No ice machines had to buy ice bags at a unreasonable price

Liked: Well there is no breakfast ,they were rude and they have cleaned the room and stayed there for 9 days and had to ask for maid to clean our room .then over charged us on a deposit

Pleasant

Liked: Beds were comfortable. The Tiki bar by the pool was exceptional and the sweet lady that runs it is amazing!! The pool is clean and spacious. There are plenty of chairs and umbrellas.
Disliked: The front desk clerk, Deborah, is rude. She was in a heated argument with another guest when I arrived at the hotel. My room was not ready at 4:00 pm which is their check-in time. I was able to receive my room card at 4:56. Because of that I requested an hour later to check out. The manager approved, but at 11:00 (standard check-out) on my departure day, my room was locked and I had to stand in line while everyone else was checking out to explain that I needed another key card and that I had an hour left to leave. In general, had the front desk clerk been, at least, pleasant that would not have been a big deal. But she isn't. Location here is great. Other front desk personnel is friendly and welcoming.

Disliked: On arrival, the toilet was dirty. It was hair and dust. We pointed this out on day two on fm, as we arrived late. We went out and came back and they still hadn't cleaned. I took a white towel and "cleaned" the floor. The towel turned completely black. In addition, the water did not flow into the bathtub when trying to clean it ourselves. They were horrified and would clean up while we went out to dinner. When we came back there was new hair on the floor and new dirt from the drain in the bathtub
