Disliked: The toilet was clogged the whole time we were there, the beds were awfully hard

Liked: The pool was the nicest part of the hotel, very nice set up and clean environment.
Disliked: The room was not clean sand all in the floor. I ask front desk to clean the room and they failed to do so. So many complaints at front desk I was checking out and checking back in. Overall it’s not a bad spot.

Liked: I loved the location. Right on the beach.
Disliked: I read the reviews thoroughly prior to booking, and it was exactly what I was expecting. Nothing I didn’t like.

Disappointed

Liked: I enjoyed the tiki bar and outdoor decor.
Disliked: The wall had a long Crack in it, the tub was busted, no pots and pans for cooking in a kitchenette. No closet to hang clothes, and lady at front desk when checking in was rude.

Liked: I don’t like the facility it was horrible . -It smelled really bad in the first room we got then we got moved to another room it Smelled bad also -ITS A ELEVATOR FREE HOTEL WITH 4 floors …HORRIBLE-there was no iron in the room - bugs in the room- no kitchen essentials for the kitchen .- the price was HIGH-DO NOT STAY AT THIS WHOLE IN THE WALL- the only reason we stayed was because we couldn’t find anywhere that had vacancies .I WILL NEVER BOOK THERE AGAIN . Or with BOOKIT.com

Great price for a one...

Liked: The views were great! The property opens up to the beautiful white sand beach. The pool was nice and warm. There were lots of clean towels available. It was quiet.
Disliked: The room was dirty. There was grime behind the toilet that seemed to have been there for a long time. The floor was covered in sand. The staff weren’t so friendly. The bar was closed before sunset.
