Liked: The staff at front desk were wonderful and couldn't have done more for us. Great location next to Pigalle station. Lots of great bars and cafes nearby.

Great location for sightseeing

Liked: Lovely staff, tasty breakfast, great location
Disliked: Quite expensive for what it was, didn’t seem a 4 star hotel, quite a small room and very dark.

Noisy stay

Liked: Rooms are a good size, and has all the facilities you would need. Lovely rain shower.Breakfast was fair, selection of pastries. 2 savoury items (eggs and sausages), cheese, cold meats, tea, coffee, cereal. Great that they accommodated for dairy allergies.Location - close to the metro stationStaff are very helpful and well informed. They are able to guide you around the city and suggest good restaurants.
Disliked: Location - while it is close to the metro station,it is on a very noisy street. Lots of screaming, arguing, police sirens etc. No sleep was had for 3 nights! the mechanical street sweeper starts up very early in the morning too and is also very noisy. The hotel is surrounded by sex and porn shops. It is also very far from main attractions in Paris. A taxi ride from eiffel to the hotel cost in excess of 30 euro.The entrance to the hotel is a little black door, between a very noisy restaurant and a sex shop. The entrance way is dark and dingy. The deco could do with some work.
