First trip to Amsterdam

Liked: The room was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable.The staff were very friendly and helpful.If you don't want a hot breakfast, the food choice was good and of good quality.
Disliked: No drawers to put your clothes in.Windows were not double glazed so it was a bit noisy in the room. The food at breakfast was not hot.The location was too far from the centre.

Spacious, clean comfort

Liked: Spacious, clean, comfortable bedrooms. Delicious breakfast with a lot to choose from. Incredibly gracious and kind staff.
Disliked: It was a little far from everything, but the positive far supersedes this minor inconvenience

Was not expecting this

Liked: The rooms and bathroom, especially shower was so narrow. It doesnt like seen on pictures. The staff is smiling but not kind and friendly.

Liked: The hotel is really near Amstel station, and a lot of the trams go to the main tourist attractions. Just one thing to take note, some of the rooms are only accessible by stairs but it wasn’t an issue for me as I didn’t have much luggage on me — but they do offer assistance with your luggage
