Liked: Very helpful and friendly staff, room was incredibly clean, beds were comfortable. Everything was perfect. It is close to the city, only 10 min by tram.

Liked: Great Accommodation, Perfect ServiceOur stay at this hotel exceeded expectations. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, but we were most pleased with the service. Upon arrangement, they prepared a breakfast for us, taking our allergies into account. Highly recommended!
Disliked: Did not prepare breakfast to go, despite 2x reported to reception.

Comfortable relaxing stay with friendly...

Liked: Breakfast and staff were lovely, large bed was really comfortable
Disliked: Location was a bit far out however metro and transport system was brilliant, would definitely stay there again

Gorgeous experience in a perfectly...

Liked: Absolutely gorgeous experience! The location is totally perfect: calm, peaceful and quiet! There are different public transport stops nearby, so it’s easy and fast to get to the centre. The room was clean and stylish, the breakfast healthy and full of options, the stuff was very friendly and helpful. My husband and I enjoyed our stay immensely, and now I am thinking when to come back)

Liked: We loved our stay in the hotel. Lovely room with very comfy bed and good shower. The mini kitchenette was great as there are a Lidl and Jumbo close to the hotel so if you don't fancy eating out all the time you can get bitsat both shops. Although a big walk to the Old Town (there are plenty of trams and a big metro) we found the location lovely as its quiet and very residential with the Ringsdam only two minutes, away. In the morning you can hear birdsong. Great to have bikes to rent too.
Disliked: The only complaint is no decaff coffee option in the machine at breakfast. Given how lovely the renovation of the building is it seemed a, shame not to have a larger machine that would offer ground decaff coffee in the morning. There are instant sticks available but def not the same. It's also tricky to find decaf generally in Amsterdam so this would be a great option to offer
