Thanksgiving holiday stay

Liked: The staff was very nice and helpful. The front desk manager and all staff were extremely kind. They allowed me to upgrade to a full kitchen, and it was complimentary.
Disliked: The loud noises from the A/C outside the ground floor rooms. We were allowed to move to an upstairs room the next night. The small bathrooms, the shower in our room had to be maneuvered just right to work without the tub spout running also. The kitchen is not fully stocked with paper towels or all utensils for cooking like mixing bowls, measuring cups, or measuring spoons. I had to cook some items for Thanksgiving, and I had to purchase several kitchen items or borrow them from a relative. The only place to get ice is the main office area, and it was not close . They did not service the room, but I was able to get towels during the 8 day stay. I also had to ask for the garbage to be taken out.

Disliked: Noisy airconditioning, couple of things missing from room (sink plug, dishwash liquid, minimal shower liquids)
