What a mess
Liked: Yordi is very nice and helpful.The location is great. Very close to the beach.
Disliked: Charter House had problems, so I was changed to The Caroline.Very neglected place.Air conditioner doesn't cool the roomOld and damaged furnitureOutdoor areas are neglected and dirtyThe room needs cleaning and careOnly two towelsWalls need paintIt's a shame having that place so abandoned in a so coveted location

Horrible experience in Hollywood Beach.
Liked: This was the worse experience for the last many many years. We arrived from the airport at 6:40pm and found the hotel office closed. There was no phone number to call. The hotel was booked in advance and they knew we were coming. We were running around with suitcases until we finally found a cleaning lady doing the laundry. She didn’t speak any English but she was very helpful. She understood what happened and called someone who spoke English. In half an hour the receptionist arrived with her little kids in the car. She said that the time was after hours and she was doing us a favour because she was not going to be paid. Why the management of two hotels doesn’t have a reception open in the evening? It was not even late! She gave us a key and we went to another building to our room. If we would need anything there was no person to talk to until next morning. The room was clean but there was literally no air as you couldn’t open the windows and air conditioner was just making noise. It was fully frozen so no air was circulating in the room. Windows were very dirty and the one in the bathroom had broken glass which is dangerous. Around all windows there was mold. The room was very small with one bed and a big refrigerator that didn’t work. For two people we got one bath towel and one hand towel. The toilet didn’t flush first, we actually had to open the bowl and fix it!I couldn’t imagine this room for Canadian $199! If that was possible I would request my money back! Don’t book this hotel!

Liked: They were CLOSED !!!, my husband and I came from Canada to a later flight and they were CLOSED !!! CLOSED??? They put a sigh up that they work to 6pm .. we got there a litte later then that and that was it !!! We were left stranded in a place we've never been to try and quickly find another place to stay. Meanwhile THEY NEVERRRRRR answer the phone even if on the website it says 24 hour service!!!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS NASTY PLACE !!! I'M GETTING MY MONEY BACK 💯
Disliked: they were CLOOOOOOOSED!!!!!! WHAT HOTEL closes !!!!?? And is completely unreachable for his customers!!! You guys are disgusting

Disliked: Nothing like they tried to portray on the website! Filthy, bugs, broken windows, dirty beds, hair all over. Room wasn’t even clean

Very poor
Liked: Took three tries to find what we thought would be a decent room only to discover the shower did not work. First room was filthy, no TV and black goop hanging above the vanity and ceiling of the shower. Only redeeming factor was the office personnel was friendly. Could not get towels delivered but turned out we didn't need them!

Office closed 6pm without notice
Liked: Absolutely nothing
Disliked: When I arrived at 8:25p upon check-in on 3/22/25, the office had a sign posted: Closed 6pm. Office # never answered. Owner's saved #, as a previous guest, replied and apologized that he had sold the property and could not help. This was unacceptable.I have had to inconveniently deal with searchin for another hotel @9pm durin Spring Break for rooms almost twice the cost. Fortunately, I was able to book online for less through Hotels.com. I expect Booking.com does not charge me for a non-refundable reservation considering the underlying circumstances.
