Disliked: Room was dirty Staff didn’t want to come bring me new towels or new remote or batteries Bed was noisy not comfortable My room wasn’t cleaned before I arrived Tv remote broken n did not revive new remote most lights were broken this room was a shit show

Disliked: I had to wait 30 mins at my door for someone to bring us a key to get into the room, another 30 mins for towels and toilet paper too, no one answers the phone service so if any issues you gotta hope you find a staff which is annoying and my door was LITERALLY falling off the henges ! Oh yeah, no remote control neither for the tv and no one knew where it was.

Liked: The fact that it's close to the beach that's it nothing else
Disliked: The bed was horrible and the mattress was so cheap it's noisy and uncomfortable there was no towels and no blankets there was no hot water in the kitchen. The bathroom has a clear glass window with no curtains. . This place is a dump to be honest garbage cans are overflowing with trash broken glass in the parking lot that they charge you $25 to park. This is the worst I have ever been to since I have been renting places on Hollywood Beach.
