Great location to stay the...

Liked: The hotel has excellent breakfast and enormously helpfull staff. The hotel lounge makes for a comfortable stay outside of the impeccable rooms.

Beautiful destination hotel close to...

Liked: We stayed here with 8 girls for my sister's hen do (vrijgezellen) and had a wonderful time. Villa Saporis was very communicative ahead of our stay, with clear information and instructions. The hotel is beautiful property and feels like a real destination; it's clean, comfortable and well located just outside of but in easy walking distance from the city centre. Staff was extremely friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Most of us came by train but those of those with cars could take advantage of a paid, safe private parking space.
Disliked: If the breakfast time slot had been a bit longer during the weekend, that would have been a great option to have. But no major dislikes at all - we loved our stay!

Great potential, expected a bit...

Liked: Excellent eggs at breakfast, shame about the coffee.The young female members of staff were kind friendly and accommodating.Little chocolate in the bedroom is a nice touch.The shampoo and conditioner provided also decent.Check-in process easy and clear. Honesty bar is a great idea.
Disliked: The shower is in the middle of the bedroom so the steam goes to the ceiling and then drips down the walls of the whole bedroom. Including onto electrical outlets. Small amount of mould on the windows presumably because of this.The lampshades were ripped and need replacing. Pillows could also do with replacing.We had to sleep with the window open because of the condensation and mould. In November so a bit cold.

A good host, always came...

Liked: Breakfast - A great variety of food available, hot food cooked to order. Plenty of fresh fruit.The comfy space to meet in and relax during the day and in the evenings. The garden space.
Disliked: A little more information on the fact that most rooms had double beds not twin beds, although owner did his best to accommodate our group by providing single duvets.

What a relaxing change from...

Liked: breakfast choice, linen tablecloth and serviettes, comfortable beds, decor,suntrap garden, secure parking... and ,of course Frank, the maitre d., who dealt with all our problems, and made our group very welcome (as well as understanding English humour !)

A very comfortable place to...

Liked: Great breakfast, very friendly staff. Well placed for visiting Hasselt and Maastricht
Disliked: Would have liked twin beds.. apparently they only have 2 twin rooms but didn’t know this until we arrived.

Superb

Liked: Charming accommodation that is easy to reach by car. The host is incredibly friendly, and the bridal suite was an absolute delight to stay in. Spacious and luxurious.
Disliked: The only thing that "bothered" us was that in one or two places in the hard wooden floors, the nails were sticking out slightly.
