Wonderful on Charlotte st

Liked: Generally reception and lobby staff were amazing, rooms great, been a favorite for many years.
Disliked: Restaurant staff were great, bar staff not so attentive

We loved the hotel, the...

Liked: The design of the hotel. The oversized beds. The guest lounge and the honesty Bar.
Disliked: The room had no coffee making facilities. When we asked about this we were told it would be £10 per day for the hire of a coffee machine.

Liked: Exceptional service .. they went out of their way to make our stay special..,wish every hotel was like this
