Liked: I liked the friendliness of the staff that greeted me, the firmness of the beds, the dark shades for the windows, the quietness of the room (even on a Saturday night), the neatness & cleanliness of the room.
Disliked: Getting to the hotel via the crazy, busy streets of Charlotte -- but you can't help that, especially with the hotel's good location.

Lovely visit with good amenities.

Liked: Close proximity to areas we wanted to visit. Guest lounge area with drinks and snacks.Clean gym with plenty of equipment for a good workout.
Disliked: Soaps were attached to wall in shower

Disliked: Tv didn’t work in room, it was all pixelated and cut out

Liked: Room extremely clean and beds very comfortable. Staff was very kind and accommodating. TV was huge and nice!
Disliked: There was nothing to store your clothes in except for a closet.

Liked: Great location and very helpful staff!
Disliked: High pet fee- most pets are cleaner than most people staying in hotels. What’s the point of the fee if the pet is clean, no fur left behind, is quiet and potty trained to go outside? You wouldn’t even know a pet stayed. Totally understand if there was a fee applied to irresponsible pet owners if there was damage but otherwise it’s just another money grabbing tactic.
