Liked: Everything was wonderful from the moment we pulled up to the door until we checked out!

Wow! What a great stay. The hotel was very clean. Staff were always helpful, even down to the smallest details. Will certainly stay again.

Overpriced hotel. Avoid.

Liked: Convenient to Bank of America Stadium, clean.
Disliked: I didn’t like that I paid almost $900 for a room for one night and it wasn’t the room I rented nor the floor I paid for. I didn’t like that I had to pay for wifi. Who does that these days??? I also didn’t like that out of 6 elevators, 2 were working and it was very busy there. We stood in line for 30 minutes after the concert waiting to take the elevator.. All in all, I feel like I got cheated by this hotel. It wasn’t worth half the price I paid. Avoid this place!

Dissappointing.

Liked: Nice location!
Disliked: Not organized. Charged for everything. Check in was at 4 which is already very very late. None of the rooms were ready, elevators didn’t work, I was told I would have to change in the bathroom. Compensated with $150 off my $700 room. And the M card for food in the morning.
