Disliked: Breakfast ends at 10, which is too early for people who have late working hours or if you are attending a performance at the ROF.

Liked: Charlie is a vibe! We liked the hotel, the staff is really helpful and friendly. Great interior design, well thought of. Lovely space, ample room. Location is perfect, pool is very welcome during hot days. Breakfast is good, staff is friendly and asks to serve you coffee / tea several times. Restaurant recommendations also very welcome. Would definitively recommend!
Disliked: 2 points to improve: the towel situation at the beach. You'll get a towel for the pool but not for the beach. You can buy them in one of the shops or with the people that offer hammam towels on the beach but from what I heard the hotel used to offer beach towels but stopped doing that. That's an issue in terms of service when you're already paying separately for the beach parasol and chairs. We paid EUR 66 per day for 4 persons with 2 parasols. Second thing is the service at the restaurant (Botanique) which is part of the hotel. We went one night but we were disappointed, the staff there was uninterested, not friendly, the food was very average and for the prices they were charging it's not reflective of the good service and ambiance of Charlie hotel.
