Liked: The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was a nice feature and our room was clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Liked: The breakfast was alright, and the location is nice. Charlevoix is a very nice town.
Disliked: The mattress was way too hard, woke up sore.

A wonderful stay at a...

Liked: Our room was comfortable and had every we needed. The breakfast buffet was a nice bonus, and appreciated. Everyone, from the desk clerk at check in to housekeeping at checkout was helpful.
Disliked: The only thing I can think of is that my husband did not care for the bed pillows!

Convenient and in need of...

Liked: Availability on short notice, parking convenience, room location close to lobby, comfortable bed, in a wonderful town.
Disliked: The property has overgrowth and maintenance problems, the eavestroughs were full of plants and sagging, the hot tub screeched and rumbled, the pool and hot tub seemed to have unclean water
