Disliked: We were put into different accomodation which was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed in, it had no working WiFi, no proper shower, and we spent a good ~30 mins removing all the spiders. No refund was offered as we decided to leave to a new accomodation in the evening. We booked 3 nights and did not receive a refund for any of them. If they offer to put you elsewhere please just say no before you waste money like we did.

Very good

Liked: Decent place to sleep, if you just need good bed and dont care about rest that much. Place was clean enough to be able to walk barefoot anywhere. Room was really big and bed really comfy. Location was perfect for me.
Disliked: Walls are quite thin so noices from corridor and next room come thru. So it's more how well behaving other quests there are :) When paying room with card, staff said only currency to pay is czech koruna, and since I booked place in euros, he seemed to take exchange rate from top of his head. No checking official rate or letting bank/payment device give correct rate. If you are just arrived to country and dont know rate, it might feel am I being scammed. In my case it was couple euros difference, and I knew rate and commented about it, but he didnt seem to care.

Liked: Comfy place very close to the city center, literally few steps away from the riverside and Charles Bridge. Nice and clean place, quiet.

Disliked: They changed me £12 Extra because I arrived late at 9pmThe guy showed me the room, handed over the keys and left. I called him after 10 minutes because the room was cold and heating wasn't working, the guy said I am too far from the hotel and can't come and he promised to fix the heating in the morning.The temperature was _1 and I had to sleep in freezing cold with my coat on.Even though the booking was saying no rooms available but my whole floor was empty and I have not seen anyone until 3rd day of my stay

Liked: Good place to stay if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep in a clean and tidy place in a decent location.
Disliked: Least social hostel I have stayed in, no common room or social area to meet new people. No activities ran by the hostel.
