Make sure they give you...

Liked: Great location , good breakfast included
Disliked: Forced to spend 2 out of 3 nights in the wrong room. Staff member names Oleg or Olek was rude and entitled , he did not consider that I might be right when suggesting that I paid for a room with a view of the river. I had no view for 2 nights out of 3 and got a very average 25 pound back for my troubles. Ruined the experience for me and my girlfriend.
