Passable

Liked: Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: A major turn off was that, in the middle of winter on a very cold day, the heating in the room was off. The room was freezing and took several hours to warm up. 1000hrs check out time is a tad early.

Exceptional

Liked: From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome, it was a surprise for my wife. I asked could they put a few little touches in the room and they went above and beyond my expectations. The room was stunning, very clean and most of all comfortable we felt right at home.The bar area is so warm and cosy will defo be booking again

Liked: Everything was lovely from the welcome, to the room, food was fab and really good breakfast included. Location was beautiful. Highly recommend

Very good visit

Liked: Lovely room, good size bathroom/shower. Food in the restaurant was very good. Breakfast was excellent. Only 3minute drive to park and ride for Bath.
