Disappointing

Liked: Conveniently located with ample public transportation (bus station) options nearby
Disliked: Very poor hygiene standards- I noted dusty walls and a cockroach in the washroom on my first night! Hygiene standards need to be improved

Disliked: Music went till 1am and could be clearly heard in bed

Great staff, great character

Liked: Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the venue has a lot of character. Highly recommend. Don't expect to be staying at the Ritz, but well worth the stay for the character of the place. Staff were excellent as well.

Superb

Pleasant stay at the Charo!

Liked: I liked the size of the room. It had a lot of space. The bed was nice and comfortable. It is in a good location near Bondi Junction and there are some nice places to eat around this hotel.
Disliked: The bed sheets were changed after 2 days. The bed sheets should be changed every day and rooms need to be cleaned more often.

Definitely coming back soon!

Liked: The staff were so friendly, the food was amazing ( best steak in Sydney) . The room was so spacious and clean and the bed super comfy. The added bonus of having an amazing piano man to sing along to before bed each night was a great way to unwind after my busy days ..Thank you
