Perfect

Liked: A characterful property - very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious and well presented. All staff were friendly and attentive.

Pleasant stay apart from mattress/sleep.

Liked: Lovely breakfast but would have liked the option of muesli with fresh fruit and yogurt but it was an either or situation so a bit restrictive. Staff welcoming and helpful. Tea-making facility in room although a decent sized mug would have been preferable to tiny cups. Quiet location and pleasant interior and handy off-street car park. Excellent shower.
Disliked: Bed mattress was U-shaped, hard and uncomfortable so back ached after 2 nights on that. Curtains didn't block the light so hard to sleep. Quite dusty especially in wardrobe.
