One night or one week...

Liked: Breakfast as always was excellent, staff friendly and would accommodate anything we asked always a pleasure to stop here very comfortable and convenient for getting around the city.
Disliked: We did not mention it at the time a small point but a more comfortable chair in our room wouldof been better for my wife’s back.

Very comfortable hotel with lots...

Liked: A perfect setting in the centre of Bury St Edmunds. A lovely room full of character. Friendly staff and a brilliant breakfast.
Disliked: The room was very warm through the night (although it was a chilly night outside) and the stairs up to the second floor were narrow and steep - I managed ok but not easy with the luggage. But these are very minor issues - on the whole, a great place to stay :-)

Disliked: Seating areas were rather cramped for me to work.

Liked: Lovely hotel close to the centre of bury st Edmund’s. With parking and helpful staff.
Disliked: We were fine with it but our room was on the top floor with no lift. So you might need to ask for a lower down room if you have trouble with stairs

Pleasant but over priced at...

Liked: Good location just a few minutes walk from town centre and easy off street parking. Very comfy bed.
Disliked: Bathroom was small and had some decoration issues with the skirting near the shower. The £150 charge seemed expensive to me based on the facilities available.
