Liked: Staff was nice. Breakfast was awesome. They had vegetarian option which we could have as we follow halal diet. Sea was right in front of us.

Liked: Everything was fantastic, very friendly people, amazing location, great pool and sauna, tasty breakfasts with good selection! The only downside - the WIFI wasn’t working well in the hotel room, otherwise the stay was lovely.

Liked: Very pleased with our stay here on our round the IoW cycle trip. Kim let us in an hour and a half before due check in time and kindly let us store all 4 bikes in the unused dining area. Rooms were huge, beds were comfortable quiet clean with a well stocked tea and coffee tray. Plenty of plugs for charging and a great location on the sea front. Superb breakfast and overall good value
Disliked: Not much that we did not like. Adjusting the shower to get hot water just right was a challenge at times but not a showstopper and a fixed shower screen would be good.

Liked: - great location- indoor pool- decent breakfast- ok sized room- close to beach and local points of interest- friendly staff
Disliked: - really needs a refresh- very noisy flooring, kept getting woken up by neighbours above moving across the room- bathroom needs redoing

Liked: All staff except head waiter on the last morning were very friendly. The swimming pool was a big bonus and great as we had it to ourselves
Disliked: We reported the bathroom fan on arrival which was completely broken and we were told it would be fixed but it never was so meant we could not shower in the bathroom as there was no other means of ventilation and not good for the toilet.

Liked: Room size, indoor swimming pool, breakfast options.
Disliked: I requested late check out for only 1 hour extra, was agreed but staff did not communicate with each other. Means, I was threatened to leave in 30 minutes or would be charged extra, not good attitude.
