Would not want to stay...

Liked: The layout was good
Disliked: The property is tired, not well maintained, nothing like the photos. Had a dead plant on the balcony, bathroom fittings falling of walls, patches on walls not painted. Cheap feel all round

Perfect for a weekend catching...

Liked: Clean comfortable and great location. Mini bar was excellent. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms is perfect.
Disliked: Parking options isn’t the best

Liked: good location, clean & quiet. spacious.
Disliked: Very minor observation: Upstairs bedrooms got very hot, Aircon cooled them down as long as it was turned on a couple hours before bed.

Liked: Location, secure parking, clean, comfortable bed.
Disliked: Two couple staying in a two bedroom apartment with the bedroom doors closed overnight but no individual air conditioning or heating in the bedrooms, only a shared one in the passage. This really needs to be changed to make hot nights more comfortable and I would think cold nights over winter as well.

A much better option than...

Liked: A great option for staying in Launceston. The room was very similar to many places I've stayed in Scandinavia but it was a lot larger. It was very well equipped and I enjoyed the interesting books supplied. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, including learning about the way that your money is used to improve the lives of those less fortunate just makes you wants me to stay again and again.
Disliked: Normally the lighting in the bathroom would be the least of my concerns, but as I was in Launceston for an event the poor bathroom lighting, combined with no natural light and black walls meant I was getting ready in heavy dark shadows. Be ready that the black hallway makes you feel that you're entering a jail!
