Overal a nice stay, would...

Liked: I liked that the hotel is very modern, the rooms are bright with nice white lighting in bathrooms. The staff is also extremely friendly and warm.
Disliked: The room service cleaning could be a lot better. I asked several days in a row for my sheets to please be changed. They never changed them, they just re made the bed every time I asked with the same sheets. Also the rooms have a weird strong damp musty smell as soon as the door is opened.

Disliked: There was too much smoke odor in the hallways and in the room

Liked: I loved the staff… from the bartender to the front desk, they were courteous and informative. The food and ambiance was outstanding. I liked the Poker scene and will be back for lessons and happy hour, lol
Disliked: Only wish the pool was open 24 hours, as I did a late check in after 10p

Liked: The hotel was immaculately clean all the staff were so friendly and helpful. Even the manager Gem offered to take our luggage to our car. The room and the bed were so comfortable just what we needed after a long drive!

Disliked: The first room has mold and all the stuff we left in the room has moldy smell now.

Liked: All staff were very courteous and welcoming, including the security guards. Rooms were very clean. Close to a lot of great restaurants on Belaire. Would definitely recommend staying here, this will probably be my go to hotel when in Houston.
