Disappointing

Liked: size of rooms was good, and bed was comfy.
Disliked: When we arrived late afternoon reception was locked, we rang a bell and someone came out but was not very welcoming,the room needed a much better cleaning, marks on walls, food on kitchen cupboards.

Budget accommodation

Liked: No air con, no WiFi very noisy

Liked: The staff were great, after a couple problems found with my original room they immediatly chaged me to another room with no problems.

4 day Darts Trip to...

Liked: Close to downtown.Toaster in room.Roomy shower.There were plenty of power points in the room.
Disliked: Room 8Upon entering the room, the door was cracked from what looked like someone trying to forcibly get in (this should be repaired)No decent WIFI it kept cutting out and only had 1-2 bars at best.Simple everyday maintenance lacking, eg, Squeeky hinges. An old toilet seat with permanent stains, holes, and dents in walls.Cracked handbasin. Stains on quilt (was turned inside out).Windows above the toilet needed replacing.Car parks needed lines painted to make cars leave room for others.Had to ask for a tea towel to dry dishes as well as a replacement bath mat and bath towels (no dayly servicing of rooms).No flannels or hand towel in the bathroom (other motels we had visited have them with the other towels).All hand wash and shower gels in the bathroom were empty but were replaced with small bottles and small cakes of soap (which was exceptable).Overall, the place needed work done to bring it up to a presentable standard.

Disliked: it was not very clean things like the shower mixer valve mould around the edgesThe room has a spa bath fitted but not plumbed inthe toilet requires the window to be left open as it has a lot of damp in therethe fridge was working but makes some loud noise at times the internal freezer in the fridge is one soli block of ice suggests it is not working well

Had a good night stay.

Liked: Nice and quiet place. Very clean but had dust on the plates but just gave it a rinse.
Disliked: Tv didn’t work, as in none of the channels work and was promised wifi but didn’t have wifi.

Disliked: Facilities were in poor condition, no soap etc, milk was off and no customer service. Free wifi didn't work The place was a bed and....
