Won't be staying again.
Liked: we liked that it served its purpose in needing a place to stay for business.
Disliked: The customer service of the lady in reception (we are assuming whom is the owner) was extremely below average! Shebarely maintained eye contact at all with us, her eyes were mainly on her cellphone that she couldn't stop looking at. the cleaner who is outside our room having a conversation on his cellphone on speaker phone and not on speaker phone speaking EXTREMELY loud! i dont care that you speak on the phone outside our room, i do care when it's so loud the people across the road could probably hear! then the smell of the room and the cleanliness ..... NOPE

Disliked: The Service, no one in the office, had phone number to call, no reply, left a message, never heard back, had the cleaners sort the room key for us. The Bathroom needs a major over haul, cracked basin, mould.

Disliked: Upon arrival no one at the main office, 3 other couples had been waiting.Calling number provided..Eventually after 20mins waiting, gentleman opens door.When checking in, Confirmation took for ever. Man was calling someone else who wasn't onsite to confirm booking details , pricing etc. Speaking to customer but also speaking to the phone in their own language.Was given my room key which was 16, I myself didn't check the key number went to 16 only to find the key i was given was for room 21??Hospitality needs work

Tired, old room, with poor...
Liked: The location was good for me, as I had meetings in the area
Disliked: No staff at reception. Flies in the room. The room needs to redone. The was a fan or something similar that was on in the next room. I though it was the fridge in my room making the noise. But it wasn't. The wifi connection was extremely slow and would drop out. Cellphone coverage is also bad (Spark). So I couldn't get any work done.

Liked: Appreciated that the staff served and facilitated us after a confusing check-in
Disliked: during the booking it was not clear whether the double bed was in the same room as the single bed. I needed a separate double bed for couple and a single bed for me - not in the same room. The double bed was upstairs (unusual for a hotel room) and the single bed in the lounge. That was good enough, but I almost had to pay an extra 100 Dollars for the extra room. the bathroom was dirty, dysfunctional with shower handle and tyles falling off. It needed major repair. Also the entrance door to the room was ajar when we arrived - unusual.

Disliked: Only 2 flat pillows,, shower, sprayed onto ceiling, no facecloth, entire room not clean, curtains that don't block out light from outside, room smelt gross, staff woke us up during afternoon, had to ask for fresh towels

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room was disgusting. Mould in shower, marks over the walls, dust everywhere. Overall cleaning was poor. I could wipe it off with my finger. No face cloths, no hot chocolate. Reception unattended as has been for months (as per previous reviews)
