Great facility! Our room felt like an elegant tree house with the redwood deck extending into the woods. The staff was perfect and the food was amazing and really fun. Ostrich Carpaccio - WOW! Current rates makes this resort a bargain!!

Disliked: Kinda felt dirty and out of date in room.Staff our not trained enough. A lot of hiccups. Our key wouldn't work to room or pool. Dinner wait was 2 hours

Liked: The trails was awesome
Disliked: On my last night the power went out on my room right before we checked out so had to shower in the dark and couldn’t iron clothes or my daughter and wife couldn’t use the blow dryer. Maintenance was called but didn’t see them to come fix it.

Disliked: Rooms have very thin walls and would hear maintenance slamming doors while cleaning. Other property guests were loud and obnoxious even after quiet time hours and some guests were very rude and would drive very erratically ignoring stop signs or pedestrians. We almost got hit while taking a walk

Liked: This place is beautiful have the most amazing views is quite, you can breathe fresh air and everywhere you look is beautiful nature around
Disliked: They have several places to relax outside and do different activities, like do a firebomb and enjoy the outdoors facilities

Disliked: The cleaning lady shouted cleaning at 8:30 when we where still in the room. She left shortly and did not clean the room. Dissapointing

Liked: The pool and the whirlpool were great to have at night. The whirlpool had enough pace for everyone there each night. We also enjoyed walking around the resort trails. The location is in a beautiful area. The food at the restaurant had a good variety for all of us and not too expensive.
Disliked: On entering the resort, there was only 1 person at the desk when it was around check in time. It took very long to get checked in and there was along long line behind me. While the person was helping me, she answered the phone 3 times with “Chamaninade Resort, can I put you on a brief hold?” She never picked up those calls. This showed me that the people weren’t honest at the resort. I also asked for a microwave twice and they told me it was coming. After a few hours, I finally went to the desk and she said they didn’t have any microwaves to give out. I understand that it was a busy time and you were short staffed, but please tell us the truth. It easier to take.
