Great facility! Our room felt like an elegant tree house with the redwood deck extending into the woods. The staff was perfect and the food was amazing and really fun. Ostrich Carpaccio - WOW! Current rates makes this resort a bargain!!

Disliked: I am absolutely appalled by my recent stay. My experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and it is beyond me how such issues were allowed to occur at a supposedly reputable establishment. I would never have expected to deal with these problems, especially at the price I paid.Lighting Issue: The lighting outside the room was ridiculous. There was a glaring wall light right by the window, and the pathetic curtain you have couldn’t even block the light, leaving me with no choice but to lie awake in a room that felt more like daylight than night. This is basic, unacceptable negligence for a hotel to have such poor lighting arrangements.Dirty Beddings: To make matters worse, the beddings were absolutely filthy. I had to endure a night of itching and discomfort because the staff clearly didn’t bother to check the cleanliness of the linens before I checked in. This is beyond disgusting. It’s 2025, how is it that I had to sleep in such a filthy bed?Loud Machine Noise: As if the other issues weren't enough, there was an unbearable low-frequency noise from some machine that didn’t stop all night. It felt like a constant vibration in the room, which made sleep impossible. How is this even acceptable for paying guests?These were major, unacceptable issues that ruined my stay. What is the point of paying for a hotel experience if I’m going to be subjected to something worse than a hostel?

Disliked: On my last night the power went out on my room right before we checked out so had to shower in the dark and couldn’t iron clothes or my daughter and wife couldn’t use the blow dryer. Maintenance was called but didn’t see them to come fix it.
