Extremely friendly staff, lovely hotel,...

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly. In particular, I'd like to give a shoutout to the valet that were so nice and working at all sorts of hours (especially during Thanksgiving), your efforts are definitely recognised. The hotel room was huge, clean, and quite relaxing to be in. Location was unreal as it's close to WeHo bars and Sunset Blvd. It's a quiet residential area too.
Disliked: The resort fees were not necessary given that we didn't use it. It was definitely a waste of our money and it rained for the most part. We also didn't like the hidden booking fees (deposit of $150 per night). Our hotel costed $1,500 overall but with the deposit of $150 per night, we were charged an additional $790. Unsure why it's so high - not every visitor is an American with a credit card. I could only imagine what would've happened if we didn't have sufficient funds. No buffet breakfast available in the property.

Liked: Loved the location - close to the Sunset Strip but on a quiet street with some restaurants & bars within walking distance. Spacious rooms & super comfy beds, nice rooftop pool area for guests. The staff (the valet team in particular) were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: At this price point we were a bit surprised that our room wasn’t tidied (or the bed made) during our stay. We were only there a couple of nights so maybe this is done for longer stays.

Lovely boutique hotel in a...

Liked: Lovely hotel in a great location in West Hollywood with very friendly staff. Walkable to some great bars and restaurants. We visited in winter so didn't use the rooftop pool area but it had lovely views of the city. The beds were large and comfortable and the hotel is in a quiet location so we slept great with no disturbances.
Disliked: The pillows are too thick and hard, that was the only downside.

Liked: The vibe of the hotel is really cool, the rooms are so spacious and the valet parking was really easy (although expensive!).
Disliked: The pillows, and even the bed could definitely be comfier. The pillows were crinkly and filled with air which is very bizarre!
