Fantastic spot to relax in...

Liked: The location is right by the lake with view on to it, you can watch the colour of the lake change through out the morning and in the evening. It's near woods and the main road going around the lake. You can sometimes hear the trucks and the train which is very infrequent. There are lots of birds on the lake which was amazing.
Disliked: We could hear upstairs. It seemed kids were running up and down stairs which could be noisy at times. Also the hiking route near to us wasn't accessible.

An expensive spa without a...

Liked: We had a huge place to ourselves. Kitchen facilities were fine.
Disliked: You had to pay extra for the spa - I would have thought that was included (it does say '...and spa' in the title?). Couldn't use it anyway as they had no masseur for the whole week. No curtains over windows - not restful. Location not great for cycling etc as it's along the main road and you have to go some way to enjoy the lake and countryside. Overpriced.
