Liked: Room was very good, bed exceptionally comfortable. Deborah was a delight, nothing at all was too much trouble for her. Breakfast was very good.

Liked: Breakfast was outstanding - had full menu you would find in a large hotel.
Disliked: Room and bathroom quite small. Bed a bit short for a tall man. While not an issue for us, visitors who have heavy suitcases and struggle to lift them may need help up the stairs, as all rooms are upstairs and there is no lift.

Disliked: They had construction wor during our stay, stating it will only be for painting job, turns out they drilled right at our balcony starting at 7am even when promised they won’t start before 9. Complaints to the owner didn’t help. Will highly recommend to stay away.

Warm, quiet and comfortable

Liked: Great location, a 10 minute walk from the Queenstown central. Warm, quiet and with a fabulous view - we'll be staying again!

Disappointing.

Liked: The best thing was Deborah who was very helpful and understanding.
Disliked: The walls of the room were very thin so we could hear everything on either side of us. The bedroom and bathroom were very small for the price. Finally, there was construction on the hotel, so hammering all day - we would not have stayed if we had known this.
