Liked: A very decent and very clean hotel the place is very quiet with a super market at 5 minutes.The staff very polite, the room really good with a mini bar and a very comfortable bed.The breakfast costs 5 euros per person, it has the basic things to eat and for the price I think it is OK.There is a big parking space.I would come back again.

A reasonably priced hotel for...

Liked: Rooms are spacious, clean and airconditioned. Appreciated the size of the desk in the room and good WiFi. Although located alongside a busy road: quiet rooms. Reasonably priced, but in line what is offered
Disliked: No atmosphere, nor in the hotel and its surroundings. No restaurant in hotel nor in walking distance for dinner. Coffee at breakfast, especially respecting Italian standards: HORRIBLE !!! No coffee/tea maker in the room. Spent 3 days and no replenishment of bottled water; only at arrival 1 small bottle. Almost broke my teeth on the bread offered at breakfast, but what can you expect for €5 euros ? Croissants /Cornetto's where fresh and tasty.

Nice location and price, bad...

Liked: The hotel is very new and located in a very beautiful spot in the country side of Modena. The room was nice but they have a big problem with the plumbing. The room smelled very bad and it was impossible to stay in the toilet because of the bad smell. We took the 3 beds room which was very nice for our needs for a quick night stay. BF was very nice with coffee, cornetto, cheese and salumi.
