Disliked: I was charged for "spilling a little ketchup on the carpet" I didn't have any ketchup and I didn't eat in the room. An employee told me that they will say anything to keep your deposit.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The rooms were in deep need of TLC and remodel. They double booked us for 1 night. I booked through Booking.com, but the associate said they didn't see my reservation, and made another one. So I paid through Booking.com and then paid them. They assured me I wouldn't get double-charged and I did. I have called 3 times to get a refund. No one has returned my calls. Not a happy customer....

Find somewhere else to stay even a van down by the river.

Liked: Staff was somewhat responsive to the multitude of complaints. But long lines of others complaining.
Disliked: Cleanliness, daily housekeeping all lacking. No towels, no soap, other angry travelers. Beds were awful, if you have a bad back, good luck getting out of bed. Loud and obnoxious neighbors, possible drug deals next door. A guy popped out of the dumpsters while we were emptying recyclables. You couldn't get me to stay here if you paid me. Not even suitable for Borat.

Liked: I was overcharged the two nights I stayed there and the money was put back on my card for one of the nights and not the other. So basically the establishment stole from me. The motel is way too expensive especially since the last remodel was over 25 years ago. The closest grocery store is miles away and I didn't feel safe at night, a lot of riff raff hanging out in the adjacent parking lot.
Disliked: The overall niceness of the place is definitely below standards. Having to wait for linens because there wasn't enough to go around. Being overcharged, and not fully refunded. The price of the room is what someone would pay for in a much more classy motel. Half of the outlets in the room didn't work, I literally had to move furniture and take surge protectors and link them together to plug in the refrigerator and coffee pot. And I am still waiting for the overcharge to be refunded. Nobody offered me any compensation for this.
