I highly recommend The Century Plaza Hotel & Spa; great rates/rooms; friendly, more than helpful staff; great food; I will be booking with them next trip!

The hotel was beautiful and very centrally located. The view from our room was amazing; we would stay there again.

This was my second time staying at the Century Plaza because it offers good, overall value for the price. It is an excellent place to stay if you have loved ones in the hospital next door, and need to stay a while, or are simply going to a concert and need to stay a night or two. We enjoyed receiving a voucher to the restaurant, where we had an excellent meal. The staff were all very good and attended to a couple of minor deficiencies in our room, straight away. The hotel rooms are very large and simply decorated (as opposed to luxurious decor); we enjoyed having a fully-appointed kitchen.

Liked: Very large, one bedroom suite with a nice view; very good, friendly service, and prompt attention to deficiencies.
Disliked: The room is a little "tired" looking and lacked a "warm and cozy" feel. The floors could have been a little cleaner and the toilet leaked water onto the floor, so we woke up to puddles on the floor.

Liked: Great location. Room was spacious, with couch and small kitchen. Good towels and sheets. NIce staff - they let us check in a couple hours earlier.
Disliked: Beds were confortable but could be bigger (queen size). Shower pressure was good but the temperature didn't stay consistent.

Liked: We arrived in Vancouver in the morning and planned to go to the hotel to check our bags, but we were delighted to learn that they had a room ready for us. I’ve never been granted such an early check-in at any other hotel.Through was spacious and clean.The hotel is in a very central location. Safe and convenient. The café downstairs was lovely. Staff were helpful.
Disliked: There were some issues with hot water one morning at our stay.

Liked: Location was primary and the great price I got the room for. Easy parking in the garage and restaurants close by. Clean room. Air conditioning worked this time and the room temperature was comfortable. Having a fridge was great. Room size was good. We have regular medical visits to St. Paul's Hospital and this is a great place to stay. Very short walk for someone who is now feeling well after hospital visit.
Disliked: Shower water pressure a bit low. Would like couch facing TV so we could sit there vs having to lay on the bed to watch TV.
