Disliked: Stayed 3 nights and noticed one lift out and the second went out the day we left so had to walk down with baggage from 8th floor I want our money back and will also request this from booking.comI’m a genius 2

My 5 or 6 nights...

Liked: I liked the location to where the hotel was located, Emilio was a delight and the space of my room.
Disliked: I had to change rooms because the water in the shower was going down the drain very slowly. When I addressed this issue, I was assured that someone would come into my room at a certain time and I even reluctantly delayed my upcoming plans to make myself available in the room; but nobody came in the end.

Overall, the price was reasonable,...

Liked: Hotel was easy to find, and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of storage space, and the staff was friendly. The location was also quite convenient, fairly close to the city center.
Disliked: However, cleanliness could be improved. I found a leftover “toy” under the bed, which was unpleasant. The bathroom wasn’t terrible but could have been cleaner.

Liked: The room was very spacious and comfortable; the bed was large, and also very comfortable. The bathroom had all the necessary facilities, and was well stocked. Overall the place is very comfortable, and it's in an unbeatable location: literally across the road from Antwerp Central. At such a good price, the place was excellent, and if I'm in Antwerp again, I will choose to stay here. I also like the luggage storage facility, and the bar. Both are very useful, and easily accessible.

Great place to stay on...

Liked: The location is perfect for visiting the city centre and getting around as the train station is right next to it.
Disliked: The room was a bit dirty and the mattress was worn out.
