Thank you to the wonderful...

Liked: The location was ideal, loads of options to get a bus or walk, 25 min walk to train station that took you to Berlin city centre. Food, leisure facilities and room beautiful.
Disliked: Did not experience any issues during our stay.

Disliked: The breakfast was okay, but not a 4 star hotel level. Kids are not allowed to some areas like fitness, or could not play in the pools.

Very good hotel for the...

Liked: I liked the overall well-roundedness of the hotel. The facility was clean and pleasant, the restaurant was decent, and the staff was helpful and friendly. I was in Berlin for Berlin Marathon and this hotel is NOT very close to the start/finish area (or most touristy area for that matter), but it was nice to see a part of the city where I could have a peek into the everyday life in Berlin.
Disliked: For some reason, I could not get the TV in the room to work. But I was not concerned at all because watching TV in your room should be the very last thing on your to-do list in Berlin.
