Perfect for our overnight stop
Liked: Rosa at the reception was so helpful and made our short staff very pleasant :)

Very good
Liked: There are people 24/7 available on the reception. There is an elevator, so we did'nt have to carry our bags up to 3 floors high.
Disliked: The view out of the window goes to x-storey houses

Great and affordable. I would...
Liked: The staff were very accommodating for my mother and I, we had to book our nights day by day while waiting for my father to recover in the hospital and the staff were very understanding and helpful, moving our luggage from each room and wishing us well. It took one stress away from a very stressful week.
Disliked: The breakfast left room to be desired for the price.

I expect the hotel owners...
Liked: The layout of the room was generally ok. Neat. Comfortable. Quiet. The ambience was good
Disliked: Two issues. First, the room's heating facility didn't work at a night when the weather was extremely cold. The receptionist on duty tried the best she could but we passed the night that way..Second, while the structure of the room was 'stylish': the longe downstairs, the bedroom upstairs, ithe fact that you have to come down in the middle of the night to go to the bath whenever you have to do that is was not
