Liked: Close to downtown. No elevator. No help getting luggage upstairs. Reasonable price for room size.

Not what was advertised.

Liked: The property was clean and well maintained. The two attendants were very helpful and attentive. The maid did not respect boundaries. Twice open our door within seconds of knocking. The facility does not have do not disturb or please clean room signs. Also the room only has a push button lock with no dead bolt. You need to make sure you depress the door lock before you leave the room, or your door does not lock behind you. However the biggest problem is that this location is not what they advertise!! They Advertised: “cooked breakfast not served Sat. or Sun. Continental breakfast available”. Not true not facility on site. Coffee 5 to 10 minutes away They are not what they advertise. “Shared balcony with view.” The view is the parking lot!! They Advertise: “can arrange shuttle to airport”. Manager said, call an Uber and gave me a number of a shuttle company. He said that they can arrange but would have to charge a service fee! “Location in the heart of CC. Centrally located. Short walk to various attractions.”Not true! not near the downtown area, there are some places to eat but very few. We had a car so it didn’t matter.

Well located and well appointed...

Liked: Good location - easy walk into the city, shops, restaurants and usual tourist spots. Staff were very helpful. Spacious room, lovely bathroom and comfortable bed. Parking onsite. Basic kitchenette with good range of crockery and cutlery- would have been perfect if there had been some kind of cooking facility in addition to the microwave.

Liked: Very comfortable and warm. Close to city, walking distance to city sights and casino. Also close to Bus pickup to Airport.
