Very poor

Disliked: We had to go to the bar at the back of the hotel to have someone find the receptionist. We waited maybe 15-20 minutes. We were given the wrong room number and had to wait again for the receptionist. Unsure if the receptionist had a drink or 2, my partner said he did smell alcohol. The room was fine, but the service wasn't great and there was no friendliness. There was a guy at the bar calling my partner a "skinny f***" and myself a "h**ker" but none of the staff did anything about it. We left as soon as we could the next morning.

Disliked: No room was available after booking on line. I was turned away and charged for a room I did not use. I am disputing now.

Liked: The staff was very helpful and pleasent to deal with. Room was surprisingly quiet

Disliked: There was no expected complimentary breakfast. Ate in the bar which was freezing, as was the food shortly after it arrived at the table.
