The Central Plaza Hotel is located right at Zurich's Central Square next to the main railway station. Guests enjoy free WiFi and complimentary access to the gym next door. Great location and helpful team...

Liked: It is in a hearty location of a walking old town and offers a lovely Zurich lake. It also has a great bar vibe with a live piano. The room is huge compared to the other hotel rooms.
Disliked: The parking garages are extremely difficult, or I seldom park downstairs, or I must be experienced in parking down there. The bed is two twins, but they merge, so during the night, the beds split themselves if you are a sleep-struggler everywhere like me.

Liked: Location close to the train station etc
Disliked: There was no one to ask about tours that new much or who was willing To help I even felt I was laughed at, by one of your staff!Finally I found a lovely girl Melissa? who helped us.
