Hotel Description
The Central Plaza Hotel is located right at Zurich's Central Square next to the main railway station. Guests enjoy free WiFi and complimentary access to the gym next door. A coffee machine with free coffee can be found in all rooms and there are 2 restaurants. All rooms are soundproofed and they come with a mini-bar and satellite TV. Staff member walked in room...

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Staff member walked into room at 1:30am turned on light, realised he was in the wrong room and walked out.Called reception as we didn’t know who had walked in, he apologised and said he was meant to go to room 308 not 306.Could not get back to sleep after this

would not recommend

Liked: location was decent, central.
Disliked: We came with a baby and was put on the 4th floor. renovation works were happening on the 6th floor and we could still hear it loudly starting before 9am. Lasted throughout the day. For the price we paid, we also expected a slightly larger room.
