If I come back to...

Liked: Comfortable stay in a perfect location near tube stations for seeing London. Breakfast was fantastic.
Disliked: Room was lacking drawers or shelves for clothes.

My disappointment with room transcended...

Disliked: The room location was awful . right near the sliding entrance doors - which were sliding every night until the early hours. the bed was also uncomfortable/

Avoid at all costs!

Liked: The location is great, close to public transport and in the centre of the city.
Disliked: The staff was a bid rude at check in, also the heating was not working, however they provided me with a portable heater. The room smelled like there was mold, I did not mind, as I was staying for 1 night only, however there were people who changed their room 4-5 times, until they find a room without mold. The carpet / floor cover in the room had multiple stains on it, and looked like it was never cleared. There is a renovation at the hotel, so it is dirty in the open spaces and there is a lot of noise during the day. There was no iron in the room. I paid for a room with a window, but due to the renovation, I had no view at all. The shower head in was broken and I had hard time using the shower.
