Liked: Location was excellent.
Disliked: My sister and I liked everything. We were driving to Brisbane from Melbourne. We were tired and exhausted and we found this place and couldn’t fault it. Was very comfortable.

Getting a disposable bath towel...

Liked: Great location, close to shopping centre + supermarket. Only positive to this place was the pool even though there was beer cans scattered around it
Disliked: Very run down from the reception to the state of the beds and room. Cracked window in bathroom, shower pressure extremely low, rubbish bin covered in rust, room smelt musty, cockroaches under the bed & pillows provided were as flat as a sheet. Definitely won’t be recommending

Liked: This was a disgrace. Filthy reception, no one to book us in. Two people on a computer behind reception with no English. They had to call the reception person and we had to wait until he drove back. This was 5 pm. Room was filthy. Not soundproof. Fridge mounds and dirty linen on bed.
Disliked: Filthy, noisy, unclear and unhygienic. Mould in fridge and was not turned on. Bathroom mouldy and dirty. Soap dispenser not filled and empty. Noisy rooms and not soundproof proof. Linen dirty.

Dirty, uncared for, and smelt...

Liked: Location was perfect for our trip.
Disliked: First impressions were “this place looks neglected”. The garden was overgrown and lawns long. The sign hanging on the fence was ripped and shaggy. Dirty mops hanging from the pool fence. Fish skeletons stuck in a drain on the driveway. We booked for 3 people. We had 2 bath towels, and 1 disposable bath towels in a plastic bag that had been opened. One bed had hair in it. The shower was full of mould and smelt terrible. I felt dirty the entire stay. Will not be back.

It was scary and felt...

Liked: Bed was comfy, pool was nice
Disliked: Whilst there, we saw staff assault someone staying there, a woman was held by 2 male staff members and 2 female staff members through their things out, breaking some. We were scared and felt the police should be called. We were also told by an uber driver there had been 3 attacks on uber drivers with syringes.

Disappointing

Liked: Price was ok but too much for standard of motel.
Disliked: No breakfast included despite website stating it had breakfast.The pool was taken up by 2 muslim families with many kids. No other guests could use the pool. They had it for whole day.
