I can recommend this hotel.

Liked: Location was great. Varied breakfast was good. Nice service at reseption. Room was cosy and nice. Dumbbells were a positive surprise. I could open the window and get some fresh air, good. I didn't realize if there were an aircondition. View wasn't great, but I didn't expect that and I didn't mind that.
Disliked: Everything was ok.

Super friendly staff, good facilities....

Liked: It beautiful and well maintained. Right next to Stockholm central station. Classy decor and overall cozy. The staff is absolutely amazing and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I will definitely come back next time I need a hotel.

Despite the problem with the...

Liked: The location was amazing. The breakfast was also amazing. And the staff were very helpful.
Disliked: We stayed at the hotel two different times during this trip. On the second day, there was a problem with the room, being dusty. We discussed it with the desk a few times and allegedly the cleaning staff was taken care of it, but they did not. Finally, I took a damp towel and cleaned the dust myself. I am not sure why this happened, but we were very disappointed as on the first visit we did not find this problem.
