Great hotel in the centre...

Liked: Great location, moments from the railway station and the shopping and entertainment areas. The room and bathroom were very compact but were well-designed and didn't feel cramped. The bed was very comfortable. The WiFi was excellent. Breakfast was superb.
Disliked: TV reception in the room was very poor - many channels simply said "no signal", and on others there was severe digital interference. It wasn't possible to switch the main light on or off without getting out of bed.

Liked: The location is excellent for the old city center (just behind the block) and connects in 1-2 minutes to City Terminalen for Skavsta Airport. The staff is great: very welcoming, helpful, and careful. Breakfast is fabulous, with multiple options and more than enough. I strongly recommend it, and I would definitely come back here.
Disliked: The mattress wasn’t flat; it dipped and curved, making it uncomfortable to sleep on.

Liked: hotel is just 3min walk to central train station. the staff was extremely helpful and kind. great breakfast is served. the size of the room is large enough. the room is very clean. I strongly recommend the hotel and will come back again.
Disliked: the matresses are extremely soft. it has to be stated on the website. However, when I complainted about the mattress, the staff made the arrangement and I slept well on the second night. Special thanks to Tina for her follow-up.

Exceptional

Liked: This was my second stay at the hotel. It is a small but really cute hotel, with comfortable rooms, even the single rooms are just perfect. Breakfast is exceptional. Staff is extremely nice.
Disliked: everything was perfect

A lovely hotel

Liked: The hotel is in a great location for walking around the city. The room was very nice with super comfortable beds, and the breakfast choice and quality was outstanding.
Disliked: The room was too warm. This was the only minor negative.
