Liked: Room and facilities were fine for an overnight trip. The train station was very close and breakfast was good. Lobby is clean and inviting. Area is quiet on the weekend. Price was good for offering.
Disliked: The hotel is located not in the most prettiest part of the city, it's a little bit of a dark area, but everything else is good.

Liked: The location is perfect, city center and train station walking distance. Although the hotel isn’t new, it’s clean and the beds comfortable.
Disliked: It’s located at the center of Essen and train station, you can hear a little bit of traffic, but completely acceptable.

Liked: Great experience and the professional staff makes me come back again and again and make it my first choice especially Mr.Mahana was super polite and very helpful , choosing the staff was impressive
